LAMB

Our grass-fed lamb comes from our own flocks that has only been fed natural grasses, flowers, and herbs. Our lamb, which is raised in harmony with nature from an early age, is hung on the bone for three weeks before being hand-trimmed by our master butchers.

To ensure the greatest welfare standards, we exclusively purchase our award-winning beef from the best British farms. Our grass-fed beef is for you if you're yearning for flavor, succulence, and protein-rich richness.

PORK

Our Gloucestershire old spot pigs are free-range, outdoor-reared reared pigs who have taken longer to mature. This allows for the essential extra fat that produces really flavoursome meat on your taste buds.
